Here at Captain Hooks you have a choice... We offer three basic fishing techniques; trolling, casting and drift mooching for salmon or trout. Sometimes all three will catch fish but other times one is definitely better. Anglers can get great catches using the drift-mooching style when conditions are right. But, what about when conditions aren't right? Each of these fishing methods has it's time and place. 
Drift-mooching & casting is simply drifting with the current and wind, the boat is moving slowly as you cast or pull your bait across the bottom or just above it. When this doesn't work we will switch to trolling to try and get you fish. If that's what you want. By the way, did I mention I was a demolition expert and we carry T.N.T. (just kidding).
